They host pair programming sessions with Sparkplug Students to discuss their problems and offer battle tested solutions.We strongly feel mentorship is an integral component in the Sparkplug Ecosystem,mentors will give you easy wins and help you avoid pitfalls. It an efficient approach to learning.

Sparkplug students are the reason for Sparkplug, they are talented Africans, young, eager,creative and passionate about solving everyday problems with technology.We want to teach them for free using readily available material on the internet. The material is carefully curated by the mentors to teach the key concepts of Computer Science as you build the future with code believe it’s important for everyone to have access to software – especially when it comes to digital learning be navigated by keyboard and screen readers.

Learning at your pace is key, we give you the content and let you learn on your own,at your pace and the mentors check up on you regularly to see how things are going.We equip our students with skills that are really needed - from design and coding basics to creating full-stack web applications. You learn how to creatively solve real-world problems,discover best practices and create a complete portfolio, which you can present to your future employers.
